Build-up

On 7.04.2026 PTW announced that Diana Strong, who won the PTW Women's Championship from Mercedes Moné at the last show, would be crowned the Champion.
On 9.04.2026 PTW announced a match between the reigning Champion Spartan and Vincent Caravaggio for the main title.
The next day Damian Adler was announced without a match-up.
A video published later that day announced Jonny Storm vs Nano Lopez. Storm was last seen at PTW #6: Total Blast From The Past.
Also the same day, Daniel Razor was announced for a Gauntlet Match against three mystery opponents.
On 11.04.2026 Sawicki was announced, also without an opponent.
On 12.04.2026 Bart Petro was announced to face Boguś.
On 13.04.2026 came the announcement of Whiteblade vs CJ Klakson.
Later the same day Miyagi Shida & Sigma Boy xD were announced to fight Polski Niedźwiedź & Misiek for the Tag Team title #1 Contendership.
Fabian was announced on 14.04.2026.
The next day Nano Lopez was announced to face Jonny Storm for the PTW Underground Championship.
Later the same day Baron Wolfgang Storm was announced as well, without an opponent.
